Project Profile
This development of luxury residences combines one of the great names in the hospitality industry-Ritz-Carlton-with one of the world's most respected architects: Robert A. M. Stern. Crescent Real Estate Equities Company engineered this remarkable collaboration to create an unprecedented offering of 70 luxurious homes sharing a new landmark address with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel.
Project Strategy
HILL collaborated closely with Crescent to develop a complete marketing strategy for the property. HILL's expertise maximized the impact of the Ritz-Carlton brand while heightening awareness of the Crescent brand. HILL provided high-level project management to streamline communications and allow Crescent to focus on its singular goal to close sales.
Powerful Sales Tools
HILL's focus on single-point contact enabled a highly successful campaign focused on measuring the effectiveness of its materials in tracking leads and contacts. Traditional print brochures, advertising, and direct mail were accompanied by a sophisticated web site, DVD and sales center. HILL coordinated public relations and media events to increase the project's awareness in the market. Brand standards maintained consistency of communications and built awareness across all communications lines.
The sales center reflected the elegance of the project while profiling the key players who would be instrumental in creating value for the project. It became a model for Ritz-Carlton as well-corporate executives have visited the center to learn from its success and implement its strategies in other Ritz-Carlton projects.
