Project Profile
Paradise Island, The Bahamas is the site of this exclusive development of luxury residences residing alongside one of the world's most prominent communities-Ocean Club Estates and Golf Course. Kerzner International Limited, a leading international developer and operator of destination resorts, casinos and luxury hotels partnered with Panda Ltd. (a Kutz family company) to create Ocean Club Residences & Marina.

HILL's extensive international brand and real estate experience shaped the creation of a coordinated marketing strategy and stewardship of all the communications materials for the project.

A Professional Approach
HILL established an efficient communication methodology-weekly status reports, weekly conference calls and quarterly meetings-with the developer, the sales team and relevant third-party vendors. This streamlined internal communications and kept all team members fully engaged in the process. A marketing schedule tracked all progress to ensure developer and sales goals were effectively met. Most importantly, one party-HILL-assumed responsibility and was accountable for all issues related to the marketing of the project.

Delivering Results
HILL positioned Ocean Club Residences & Marina as a last opportunity to achieve the One&Only Ocean Club lifestyle in a prestigious residential setting. Communications went beyond the tropical setting to underscore the lifestyle offered by the One&Only brand. HILL's turnkey solution included project brochures, direct mail campaign, media plan, advertising campaigns, public relations and events, as well as all sales support materials, which consisted of LOI (Letter of Intent) presentations and purchaser information guides. HILL also coordinated development of the marketing center (design and graphics). All marketing elements reinforce the uniqueness, sophistication and elegance of the project. The result: qualified sales leads that are on-track with the project's pre-sales goals.
