Hines is recognized worldwide for its expertise in real estate investment, development and management. Again and again, Hines has tapped HILL's expertise to effectively brand and market its properties. Hines also entrusted HILL with its own brand and image.
Rebranding an industry giant
As Hines grew from a regional/national development company to an international investment and property management company, their brand needed to be reestablished to underscore its global leadership position. HILL created a new and timeless identity and branding system that would communicate the proper brand message worldwide. This included an identity standards manual that would ensure Hines brand consistency across the globe and through more than two decades.
To maintain the entrepreneurial spirit of the company, HILL helped regional Hines offices maintain marketing autonomy while at the same time ensuring adherence to consistent corporate standards, by creating complete branding/marketing systems for more than 75 Hines properties worldwide.
Twenty-five+ years of collaboration
HILL has created hundreds of marketing components for Hines' corporate office, such as corporate books, internal quarterly newsletters, human resources materials, presentation material systems, corporate event materials, and websites.
Hines has relied on HILL to create more than 70 project-specific identities, marketing brochures, site and construction signage, advertising campaigns and development-specific websites as well as complete marketing systems for Hines REIT.
