Background
Cyberonics’ original brand identity was created in 1987 when the firm had less than 10 employees. Now a publicly traded company with thousands of employees, Cyberonics wanted to update its identity. The company is a manufacturer of implantable medical devices for the treatment of epilepsy and other debilitating neurological disorders.
Solution
Hill worked with individuals at Cyberonics to assist it in developing a branding program that would bring it the recognition that it deserved. A new identity formed the foundation of the rebranding process. The logo focused on the company’s technological innovation. Cyberonics is now the recognized leader in this field of medical devices.
