Background
Founded in Houston, Texas, in 1957 as an investment building firm, Hines rapidly became one of the foremost real estate investment, development and management firms in the world. It needed a web site that would provide corporate information as well as showcase the diversity of its worldwide project experience.
Solution
Hill developed the initial web identity for Hines in conjunction with its rebranding program in the 1980s. The original site was intended to be nothing more than an online brochure. Since then, the site has had two major redesigns to increase its functionality. Today the Hines Web site is a useful interactive tool that is used by Hines customers and investors as well as employees and the media.
