Background
Hines needed sales brochures for a high-quality office and residential development in Mexico City. Designed by Cesar Pelli, the new project would be the highest quality commercial development in Mexico.
Solution
Hill designed two complementary brochures—one featuring the residential towers and one featuring the office tower. The design emphasized the outstanding location on Chapultapec Park, the exceptional views and the unparalleled architectural quality. The office tower was purchased by Coca-Cola for its Latin American headquarters, and the condominiums enjoyed excellent sales.
