Crescent Real Estate Equities selects HILL to develop the brand identity and to provide a turnkey marketing solution for 3883 Howard Hughes Parkway, their newest development in Las Vegas.
Hines selects HILL to develop the brand and marketing materials for St. John's, a new residential high-rise in Jacksonville, Florida.

The City of Houston selects HILL to reposition Miller Outdoor Theater and to develop a cohesive brand enhancement initiative, new marketing system and communications strategy.

The Coronado Club selects HILL to design and produce The Flavors of Life, a case-bound cookbook and fundraising project. Book sales exceed the Club's goals, raising money for breast cancer research in honor and memory of Mary Nell Rick. The Flavors of Life is awarded first place by the 12th Annual Writer's Digest International Self-Published Book Awards, recognizing the cookbook for its design, photography and overall quality.

Kinkaid, the oldest independent coeducational private school in Houston, selects HILL to design a book celebrating its 100th anniversary and highlighting the rich history of this prestigious school.

The Creative Summit conference, founded by Chris Hill to further the knowledge and spirit of creativity and design, marks its 20th anniversary. A who's who of award-winning professionals from every creative design discipline attends to celebrate this milestone. Speakers include Lawrence Azerrad, Michael Cronan, Gary Faye, Kit Hinrichs, Nigels Holmes, Anita Kunz, Francis Pavy, B. Martin Pedersen, Francois Robert, Don Sibley, D.J. Stout, Jack Unruh and Terry Vine. A special tribute honoring Gene Hoffman is presented. The Creative Summit is a non-profit organization.
December 2004
HILL is selected to provide the marketing project management and all marketing materials for Ocean Club Residences & Marina on Paradise Island, The Bahamas. The multilayered marketing program includes ad design and media placement, online and print direct mail, events and public relations, and multiple other components. The luxury condominiums are being developed by Kerzner International Limited, in partnership with Panda Ltd.
November 2004
HILL is selected to publish a book about the story of St. Martin's Episcopal Church. Titled Reaching Up to God, this book is filled with spectacular pictures by a nationally renowned photographer of the church's interior and furnishings, explanations of the symbolism in its carvings and windows, and a history of the church.

HILL is selected to produce the corporate book for Hines, a 144-page, full-color, hard-bound coffee-table book. For some 20 years, the multinational company has looked to HILL to brand individual properties, right down to a stationery system, as well as to provide multiple marketing components such as an identity and graphics standard manual, niche brochures, Human Resources new employee orientation packages, quarterly newsletters and powerpoint templates.

The Creative Summit presents J.W. Burkey of Creative Jump Start, Gary Baseman and Kim Roberson of Disney's Teacher's Pet, Jim Shearraden of Hatch Snow Prints, photographer Rosanne Olson, interactive designer Hillman Curtis, designer Stefan Sagmeister and illustrator Marshall Arisman. The Creative Summit is a non-profit organization; all proceeds go toward monetary awards for outstanding student work.

This includes purchase information guide, hard-bound brochure, direct mail, media placements, advertising campaigns, public relations, events, interactive media and website, and multiple other components. In addition to the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, the outstanding team behind The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas includes developer Crescent Real Estate Equities and architect Robert A.M. Stern.

Because the folks at Blue Bell Creameries understand the power of branding they've recently chosen HILL to design promotional pieces for the roll out of their new line of Frozen Desserts. The first phase of this project involved the development of advertising banners to be applied to Blue Bells distribution fleet.

Hill was selected to design a regional advertising campaign for JPMorgan Chase in conjunction with Brownchild, Ltd. This campaign will focus on the bank's middle market business clientele.
